Decorators get on trend with colour predictions from Crown Paints

Crown Paints

Decorators can tap into the expertise of Crown Paints’ colour specialists to advise their clients on the latest shades.

Crown Paints’ panel of colour experts has drawn inspiration from emerging trends and influences across the globe to forecast the new trends for Autumn/Winter 2014.

The team has taken in everything from fashion to film, as well as art and architecture, to produce three eye-catching schemes.

Colours from three stunning new palettes – ‘Appreciation,’ ‘Colour Explosion’ and ‘Decadence’ – are available in products within the company’s Crown Trade, Sadolin and Sandtex Trade brands.

Each colour scheme creates a statement, while remaining versatile enough to transform any space – whether indoors or out.

Heading up the panel were Crown Paints’ Colour Consultant, Judy Smith and TV celebrity and Colour Consultant for Crown Paints Ireland, Neville Knot.

They were joined by Crown Paints’ Senior Brand Manager, Jo Baxendale, and Crown Paints’ Colour Specialist, Kathryn Lloyd, as well as Lisa Miller and Justyna Korczynska from the Crown Paints’ Design Studio.

Crown PaintsJudy Smith said: “I love the diversity of the Autumn/Winter 2014 collection.

“These complex and exciting colours range from the deep and moody tones of ‘Appreciation’ (above), which complement dark woods and natural textures, through the bright and vibrant shards of intense colour that is ‘Colour Explosion’ (pictured top) to the glamour and romance of ‘Decadence’ (below) with its metallics and softly delicate hues.”
