Crown Paints reveals 2014 Colour Influences

Ombre

If your clients are looking for inspiration then Crown Paints can help with the launch of the latest colour predictions – setting out eye-catching palettes on trend for Spring/Summer 2014.

Offering an insight into the top colour forecasts for the next year, the new Crown Paints’ Colour Influences reveal the latest shades of interest to decorators, working on interior and exterior projects across residential, commercial and public spaces.

The expert team behind the colour forecasts collaborated on three different collections, from a variety of influences.

‘Ombre’ is the first collection, which sees hues blend into a bright, fun statement of colour.

Edit

The second, ‘Edit,’ draws heavily on a Japanese influence, combining a pared-back, simplistic elegance with bold shades.

The final collection is ‘Unexpected,’ which gives soft pastels a strong edge.

Judy Smith, Crown Paints’ Colour Consultant, said: “The way that colours change year to year is fascinating.

“It’s not a case of a particular shade going out of fashion and another taking its place – it’s about responding to the latest influences to find interesting and innovative ways of combining colours to make them look new and exciting.”

Unexpected

A limited number of 2014 Colour Influences brochures are available for decorators and can be ordered by contacting the Crown Trade Customer Relations Team by calling 0845 389 9583, emailing info@crowntrade.co.uk or visiting the website at www.crowntrade.co.uk
